Start with a beautiful mantra or affirmation into this week and say it minimum once a day to yourself:
Today is a brand new day. Every step I take is a new. Every sight I see is bright. Every sound I hear is musical. Every morsel I taste is a delight. At the end of this day I will slumber peacefully. And look forward to a repeat of this day.
A new week. And it starts as usual with a wonderful Monday!
You think right now MONDAY is horrible?
Yes! I thought this years before, as well.
But I want to invite you to change your way of thinking. When we start to think about all the oppotunities and beautiful things, that we can do, instead of all problems, worries and duties – you will see your will even probably like Mondays.
Energized from the weekend, we can start with new willings, new energy, new motivation – to change the world.
