Doodle Fastfood And Sweets To Loose Weight?

Do you also belong to that type of people, who always plan to eat more fruits and vegetables, but can’t avoid sweets and fastfood?

I read about a study, published in the Journal of Behavioral and Brain science, where it said:
when you doodle unhealthy food like sweets and fastfood it makes you more happy and you will eat more healthy in future.
So I tried it this morning and made some sketch notes of unhealthy food, which came immediately to my mind.
After that I was not hungry anymore (and I am most of the time hungry).
Try it out. What are your experiences?
To have a changing result of your habits, you should do it at least for 2 weeks everyday. I am going to do the same.
I would really appreciate to get some feedback about your experiences.

Life is like riding a bike.
To keep your balance – you must keep moving.

You can compare life with riding a bike.

In the beginning we have to learn how to keep the balance and move forward, to ride a bike.

After a while we get used to it and to it with ease. That’s what life is, when you live it to its fullest: easy and relaxed.

But we often stuck in situations, routines, hamster wheels. That means, you get out of your balance. …and fall.

You can stay there or you can get up, take your bike and start riding.

Once you achieved this point of continuous moving, you can keep your life balance with ease.

Life is like Icecream. Enjoy it, before it melts.

Life is like Icecream. Enjoy it, before it melts.

Life is like Icecream.

We often like to wait for the perfect moment, the perfect opportunity. For example, “when I will earn more money, I will do this or be that”, “when I will have more time, I will do a worldtrip or found an organization”.

We are always waiting in life – and don’t see how it’s passing by next to us. Life is now. So don’t wait for the perfect moment. The perfect moment is now. Enjoy your icecream, enjoy life now – its’ melting anyway – so the more you enjoy it now, the more you get from it.

Life is like camera. Focus on whats important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don’t work out, just take another shot.

Life is like camera.

You live just once. Don’t waiting your time on unimportant or negative things – focus on whats important.

Just capture the good times and experience – it will bring you forward and makes you happier.

But develop from the negatives and learn from it.

And if things don’t work out as you want, just take another shot. You don’t have just one possibility to try and test in life. You have many possibilities. And even if you take tons of pictures, there will be finally minimum one, which is so amazing and you want to keep it forever.

Life is like a canvas. It begins blank and every day is like another brush stroke

Life is like a canvas

Life is like a canvas. It begins blank and every day is like another brush stroke.

Your life starts like a white blank piece of paper. It might be difficult to start, but you have any choice how do design your own canvas of life.

Once you started – and if you recognize how you can influence the design, output and power of your canvas – you can create an impressive outcome.

And with every day, you will make another brush stroke of your final result, you will leave behind you one day. By living, giving, receiving, trying, failing, succeeding and exploring, you will develop a powerful canvas, you and nobody else will miss it.

Life is like Twitter. You just have to post what you feel, retweet the good memories, delete the drama, and follow your dreams

Life is like Twitter. You just have to post what you feel, retweet the good memories, delete the drama, and follow your dreams.

Life is like Twitter.

Emotions are a common destiny. Every human being has it, everyone understand it or wants to understand it and get inspired by others, who share their emotions. So you just have to post what you feel.

Life is too short to worry about the past and thinks about the bad experience, we had in life. We want to look forward and learn from the good ones. So retweet the good memories and delete the drama.

And start follow your dreams…

Life is like an ocean. It can be calm or still and rough or rigid. But in the end, it’s always beautiful.

Life is like an ocean. It can be calm or still and rough or rigid. But in the end, it’s always beautiful.

Life is like the ocean. It can be uncontrollable, not projectable and incalculable.

Sometimes it’s calm and quite: so peaceful and innocent.  And you can slide over the water surface easily – and everything is going with ease and fast-forward – but you still feel relaxed.

And sometimes your swimming against big waves, heavy storms, the water is rough and rigid – you need too much effort to move forward, you have to fight for your life or just feel anxiety for the unknown.

But life is like the ocean, so beautiful, artificial and there is so much to see and learn from it. You just need to be open and alert. And start to witness your environment, streams and beings around you.

And you will see: the more you witness, the more you start to love and see the beauty in it.

Life is like the ocean

Life is like a book. It has many chapters. Don’t get caught up on one chapter, move on to the next and see of what to expect.

Life is like a book. It has many chapters. Don’t get caught up on one chapter, move on to the next and see of what to expect.

Life is like a book. It can be a long or short story. A romantic story or action roman. A drama or sweet fairy tale.                                                     But YOUR life is YOUR story! YOU are the author.

Don’t write a boring story nobody want’s to read – even yourself.        Don’t make it to short – the story can be so interesting and artificial, if you just allow it.                                                                                                           And don’t get caught up on one chapter. Life has many chapters – and each one has its justification.

So move on to the next chapter and see of what you can expect and experience there.

Life is like a road. It has bumps, cracks and obstacles, but in the end, it gets you somewhere.

Life is like a road. It has bumps, cracks and obstacles, but in the end, it gets you somewhere.

Life is a road. We are walking on a way.

Sometimes the road is more comfortable and easy to drive; sometimes it has bumps, cracks and obstacles.

Than maybe we have to stop, remove it, jump over it or bypass it.   But it will be a learning and lesson in our life that gets us somewhere.

With every failure, we learn and get more strength.

So don’t be put off and work on this journey.                                                   You have just this only chance in your life.

# 13 24h hours trip from Amritapuri to Goa

24h hours trip from Amritapuri to Goa.

Morning mediation at 6.30h at the beach or Amaritapuri, made my day. Everything that followed, was just a „skip forward“ button: 4hrs drive by taxi from Amaritapuri to Kochin. From Kochin to Goa another 22 hours. From Goa bus station to Arambol 1,5 hours. In total about 28 hours for 800 km!!The bus trip was quite heavy this time. The bus driver was more than following the rules of the Indian traffic system. I really never became see-sick on the sea in my whole life. But this time I did. The way he was driving the bus was more than an adventure. Additionally the permanent honking for saying“ Attention, I am coming!“ and the snoring man next to me, made it hard to stay a-life!. Inhale…OMMMM!

“Ok, time to work on some skills.” Although it was not easy to write and draw during this time, I started to scribble in my daily scribble book. Here some extracts, of how it looks like.

Scribble Diairy

Scribble diary

Its very useful to increase your creativity and visual thinking. I started 2-3 month ago to work on my visual thinking and visual facilitation skills. I have often ideas and concepts in my mind, but don’t know how to express them and explain it to others. Or sometimes I have to write concepts or be creative, but I just see a black cloud in my head and a whiteboard. With the techniques of visual thinking you train your listening skills, thinking in concepts and processes, and your drawing. You learn to sketch your notes, doodles, canvas, diagrams and how to structure it. And all in all: it’s fun!
