Nomad freelance lifestyle

Working from anywhere.

After one year working on my objective, to start a nomad lifestyle,
I could change now my job as a freelancer and focus on online marketing. Especially on social media.

Before, I worked as a project manager for agencies or companies on-site.
And you have always to be there, totally involved in their office and daily business.
With my shift to online marketing I can work now more or less from everywhere.
You need a lot of discipline, but can mostly work when ever you like and from wherever you like.
Here for example one of my favorite spots: my sunny balcony. 🙂
Working in my hammock with my palm next to me during the summer time is a good alternative to one of my several beach offices I already used.

I love open air parties in the summer!

On the one hand, it’s so much better for your time rhythm, if you are an eary bird and don’t want to sleep that long next day.
On the other hand, I prefer parties in the sun, outdoor and not in dark clubs.

In Cologne we have a party series called Grünton, which is an not legal party always on different spots.
For example, if you attend on the Facebook event you will receive a private massage, where the party will be exactly.
Yesterday on beautiful sunny day, there where about 500 party guests who celebrated together on the dancefloor and chilled on blankets on the grass.

I am really looking forward to the summer time in Cologne and all these beautiful open airs.


Recipe: Healthy asparagus salad

Asparagus time. Summer time.
Time to test this easy to prepare, but very delicious salad.

– 500gr green asparagus

– 1 tsp walnut oil

– 1 tsp olive oil

– hand full parsley 

– hand full chives

– Salt 

– pepper

– 1 tsp organic agaves syrup

– 2 clove garlic

– 2 onion

– a few green salad leaves

– 3-4 small tomatoes

– cut and fry onions, garlic in a pan with a good glug of walnut and olive oil
– cut asparagus in little thumb long pieces and put them in the pan as well
– add salt, pepper, chopped parsley and chives, agaves syrup and fry until the a asparagus is cooked through
– put some salad leaves on a plate, 
– cut the tomatoes into slices and decorate them around the plate.
– Put the fried asparagus into the middle  -voila! 🙂

You can add some balsamic cream on top for special fast an Optik

Wakeboarding in Langenfeld

One of my new passions of the last past years.
I started behind a boat on the river Rhine, but currently I drive more often on a cableway.
This week I was the first time on water with my board.
The first time with my buddy Marvin for an early board session and yesterday with my friends from Icecream Surfing.
I love it and looking forward for this upcoming season.

Yesterday evening I joined with my eTuk a video session with the tv and radio channel WDR.
They filmed the weekly longboard meetup group “Rollrunde”, which is organized from my friends Icecream Surfing, for a local tv format.
I joined them to use my eTuk to film from inside and as a transportation vehicle.
Best weather conditions in Cologne. Good mood and Andi, the owner of the shop Icecream Surfing, provided free drinks.
I tested the new electronic longboard and normal one.
So MAYBE I will start with long boarding now!? 🙂
We will see…just another hobby in my life!
